RailARA ("the App") is operated by XSTek Corp. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
We do not sell your data. We do not create user accounts. Your location is never stored on our servers.
Location Data
The App requests access to your device's location (GPS) while in use. Location is used solely to find your nearest subway station. Your location is never stored on our servers and is never shared with third parties.
Usage Data & Analytics
The App may collect anonymous usage data (screens visited, features used) to help us improve the app. This data contains no personally identifiable information.
Contact Form Submissions
If you use the in-app contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message text you provide. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.
Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's privacy policy for details: policies.google.com/privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
